GASMAX DSM
Dual-channel monitor with independent sensor outputs, programmable alarm setpoints, strobe, and buzzer.

What This Device
Does
The GASMAX DSM dual-channel gas monitor supports two local or remote sensors for hazardous toxic or combustible gases or a wide range of dangerous VOCs. Each sensor assembly has independent fault, analog 4-20mA, and digital RS-485 outputs with two user-programmable alarm setpoints and front-panel LED indicators. The unit ships with a standard top-mounted strobe and bottom-mounted dual-tone buzzer.
Key Specifications
Where You'd
Use This
Two-sensor monitoring stations where each channel needs independent outputs to separate control systems
Process areas with both toxic and combustible gas hazards
VOC monitoring in chemical and pharmaceutical facilities
Locations requiring visual and audible alarms integrated into the detector housing
Why We Specify This
The DSM gives us independent per-channel outputs, which matters when the toxic gas reading needs to go to one controller and the combustible reading to another. The integrated strobe and buzzer combination means the unit is self-contained for local alarming, reducing the number of separate devices we need to mount and wire on site.
